After the Australian cricket team registered a 1-0 series win in the 3 match Test series, the two teams will resume battle again in the white-ball series, that includes 3 ODIs and 1 T20I match, starting from the 29th of March.

But, a day before the series commences, Australia has received a bad news. All-rounder Mitchell Marsh has been ruled out of the series due to hip injury. Cameron Green will be replacing Marsh in the squad.

The Aaron Finch led Australia will for sure miss the services of all-rounder, who played a very vital role in Australia’s T20 World Cup 2021 glory.

But, not only the Australian team will miss the services of Mitchell Marsh, but also the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals may also miss his services, who was picked in the IPL 2022 Mega Auction held earlier in February for a sum of 6.5 crore INR.

He has already missed one match, when the Delhi Capitals went to take victory out of Mumbai Indians’ hand in the 2nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. He was already due to miss couple of matches for the franchise because of being on national duty. He would have been released by the Australian team to play in the IPL only after the 5th of April.

As for the Australian team, the begin the white-ball series against Pakistan with the first ODI on the 29th of March, while the 2nd and the 3rd ODI will be played on the 31st March and 2nd April respectively, while the only T20 International will be played on the 5th of April.
