Australian batter David Warner silenced his critics by playing brilliantly for his country in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. A lot of fans questioned Warner’s batting skills especially after his disappointing performances for the Sunrisers Hyderabad team in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League.
David Warner won the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 Player of the Tournament award for his phenomenal performance in the tournament. Most importantly, the left-handed scored a match-winning 49 in the semifinal against Pakistan and followed it up with a half-century in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 Final against the New Zealand cricket team that helped the Australian cricket team win the ICC T20 World Cup for the first time ever.
