After receiving much criticism for their jersey design for their inaugural campaign of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have already changed their jersey going into the new season.
The new boys from Lucknow, the Lucknow Super Giants reached the playoffs stage of the most successful T20 cricket league in the world in their debut season in the competition in the IPL 2023.
Despite the team’s great performance, the boys representing Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh received much criticism for their jersey colour and design.
The franchise were fully focused on bringing in a new jersey for the IPL 2023, which they officially unveiled today, on the 7th of March.
However, the fans are once again unhappy with their jersey as they became another team in the total 10 teams to don the blue jersey. Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals have a light blue and blue colour, whereas another new boy in the IPL Gujarat Titans also wears a dark variant of blue colour.
