There is a huge news coming from the Australian cricket team’s camp after their big loss to India in the 1st Test match of the 4 match series. According to reports, star opening batsman David Warner is likely to be dropped for the 2nd Test in Delhi.

The Indian cricket team dominated the Australian cricket team in the 1st match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 as India beat them by an inning an 132 runs.

Batting first, Australia scored 177 runs where everyone failed apart from some contribution from Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne. In reply, India posted 400 runs on the board, taking a lead of 223 runs thanks to a century from India captain Rohit Sharma and contributions from Jadeja, Axar Patel and Mohammed Shami.

Australia’s 2nd inning was worse than the 1st inning as they were all out for just 91 runs, handing India a victory by an innings and 132 runs.

David Warner had a disastrous outing in Nagpur as he failed to deliver with the bat. He scored 1 run in the 1st inning and then scored 10 runs in the 2nd inning. The reports now suggests that Warner will be dropped for the 2nd Test and Travis Head will play in place of him. After this, the Twitter have been saying Team India should also drop KL Rahul after his continuous failures.
