The Australian cricket team is set to introduce some changes into their squad for the remaining matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann ahead of the 2nd Test in Delhi.
The Indian cricket team dominated the Australian cricket team in the 1st Test match in Nagpur where India won by an inning and 132 runs.
Australia scored 177 runs in their 1st inning with only Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne being solid with the bat. India in reply scored 400 runs. Rohit Sharma scored a brilliant century while Jadeja and Axar Patel both half-centuries.
India took a 223 runs as a result of that. The Australian batters turned out even worse in the 2nd inning as they were dismissed for 91 runs, giving India a win by an inning and 132 runs.
After this defeat, the latest news from the Australian team camp is that Matthew Kuhnemann will be joining the team as a replacement of Mitchell Swepson. After this news broke, the Indian Twitter is saying that since India gave respect to debutant Todd Murphy, they are bringing in another debutant.

One new spinner in the XI in every match. India will gift wickets to the new spinner just like Murphy😂. The best way to win for Australia. https://t.co/z28ORtply9— HS (@notme__please) February 12, 2023
