Pakistan cricket team’s terrible campaign in the currently ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 has gone worse to miserable. The team has 2 of the opening 3 matches against India and Zimbabwe while they got the better of Netherlands.
Pakistan team is currently 2nd to last in their group. And now their campaign has become an even bigger misery. While the players, particularly captain Babar Azam, has underperformed, one of their key player in T20 format, Fakhar Zaman has sustained a injury and has been ruled out of T20 World Cup 2022.
This news certainly damaged many a Pakistani fans’ heart as the Men in Green still has an outside opportunity to making it to the semi-finals. However, some of the fans have really accepted that they can’t make it to the semi-finals and don’t care that Zaman got injured.
