“Look at me once” – Pakistan star duo Shaheen Afridi and Shadab Khan exchange words; displays bromance on social media

Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan welcomed star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi to the field with a funny post on social media today. Shadab pulled the pacer’s leg while congratulating Afridi on his return to the field after a long time.

Actually, rain interrupted the T20 World Cup 2022 warm-up match between Pakistan and Afghanistan played on October 19, but the successful return of Shaheen Afridi was a big positive for Pakistan. Afridi bowled brilliantly upon his return almost three months later and proved his fitness ahead of the T20 World Cup 2022, where the Pakistan cricket team will begin their campaign against India on 23rd October in Melbourne.

Let us tell you, Shaheen Afridi took two wickets gave away only 29 runs in his four overs against Afghanistan and helped Pakistan to restrict the opposition team for 154 runs in 20 overs. However, the Pakistan team could only play eight balls and they scored 19 runs before the match had to be called off due to rain.

Meanwhile, Shadab Khan welcomed Shaheen Afridi to the Pakistan team with a funny post on Twitter. After which the fans got to see the bromance between the two star players of Pakistan on Twitter, which will surely bring a smile on the faces of the fans.

In fact, the Pakistan vice-captain shared a picture of Shaheen on Twitter and teased the left-arm pacer, asking him to look at him with the same interest as he is looking at the ball. Shadab wrote on Twitter: “Kabhi mujhe bhi esay dekho jesay ball ko dekh rahe ho. Welcome back (look at me once the way you look at the ball)”.

After which Afridi shared a picture with Shadab on Twitter and wrote: “Kuch keh rahe thay aap Shaddy?” Actually, he is looking at Shadab they same way he was looking at the ball.

To which Shadab replied to Shaheen and tweeted, “Ek hi dil hai kitni baar jeeto gai.”
