Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the T20 World Cup 2022 officially due to a back injury. Obviously the fans of Indian team are very disappointed with Bumrah’s exit for the Gala event. With Bumrah now out of the tournament, India’s weakness in death bowling is also very much exposed.


Had Jasprit Bumrah been in the team then perhaps the team’s position would have been somewhat better but the Indian fast bowlers will not be seen playing in the all important event. Let us tell you, Jasprit Bumrah did not play in the Asia Cup 2022 due to injury and he played only one match in the recently concluded T20I series against Australia. He was also out of the three-match T20I series played against South Africa.
