The last match between these two teams was played in the ICC T20 Men’s World Cup 2021, in which Pakistan won the match by 10 wickets. Indian team will come out for revenge this time as the match will be played at the Dubai International Stadium.

Indian team captain Rohit Sharma and former captain Virat Kohli will look to do well in the match against their neighbour and rival. Virat Kohli has been included in the Indian team for the Asia Cup after resting out the West Indies and Zimbabwe series.

Meanwhile, former Pakistan cricket team leg-spinner Danish Kaneria has advised the top order batsmen of the Indian team to perform well against Shaheen Afridi.

Danish Kaneria shared a video in his YouTube channel and added that there is nothing to fear of Shaheen for Rohit and Kohli and shared his gameplan as well.

“No need to be afraid of Shaheen Afridi because Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are world-class batters. They just need to be aware that Shaheen will look to bowl fuller and get the ball to swing into them,” said Kaneria.

He also added how to tackle Shaheen, adding that the Indian players should not commit with the leg but instead play it closer to body. He also added that Suryakumar Yadav’s flick shot over the square leg will be valuable for Team India.
