The match number 19th of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 saw the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) came face-to-face against Delhi Capitals (DC).
After putting in a huge target of 216 runs on the board, we saw a rejuvenated Kuldeep Yadav, who broke the back bone of Kolkata Knight Riders, taking 4 wickets to take his team to a much needed victory.
It was always set to be a tough chase for Kolkata Knight Riders, because in their history, not many times have they won a match chasing a target of over 200, let alone 216 runs.
And Kuldeep Yadav took full advantage of that, taking 4 wickets for 35 runs in his quota of 4 overs. All should know that Kuldeep Yadav rose to fame with Kolkata based franchise.
But the last two years have not been great for Kuldeep, and was made to sit on the bench after not so impressing performance. And then was also released before the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, where Delhi Capitals bought his services.
