The International Cricket Council (ICC), the governing body of global cricket, has announced that after the T20 World Cup 2022, the next edition of the competition will be played in the United States of America and West Indies.

ICC is now looking to explore the unexplored regions to further expand the game of bat and ball, that we can cricket. Cricket has mostly been popular among some of the Asian countries, some European countries and some African countries.

ICC is now planning to explore the unexplored South American region, and with USA coming up as a hot prospect, the ICC has grabbed the opportunity to expand with both hands.

The governing council have announced that the next edition of the T20 World Cup will be played in the USA and West Indies. USA is quickly rising through the ladder board after it has given opportunity to some players from other countries, especially India, to represent USA.

Some talented Indian cricketers have exported themselves to the America. While some have already made their debut for USA, some are yet to make debut. However, with USA hosting the next T20 World Cup, that means it’s a great opportunity that some of the India born players may play against India itself. Saurabh Netravalkar

The first name is our list is of Mumbai born 30-years-old left-arm medium pace bowler Saurabh Netravalkar. He made his debut for USA on the 15th of March in 2019. He has also captained the American National team. He was part of the India U19 World Cup squad in 2010 but couldn’t realise his talent in India.

Karan Viradiya

Next name on the list is of Karan Viradiya. The Gujarat born 27-years-old Karan was found guilty of age fraud in the year 2013. And since then, he has moved to America and is playing cricket there only. Even though he has not made his debut yet for USA, his performance in the Minor League Cricket has been impressive.

Siddharth Trivedi

Siddharth Trivedi is the next name on the list. The pacer has a wealth of experience under his belt and could prove to be USA’s main man. However, age is not by his side for the former Rajasthan Royals pacer who is currently 39-years-old.

Sunny Sohal

The Punjab born 34-years-old Sunny Sohal has already made his debut for the USA cricket team in the T20I format of the game. By the time the cricket carnival arrives in America, he will be a very experienced cricketer and could be very handy for the USA team in their maiden T20 World Cup appearance.

Unmukt Chand

Unmukt Chand, the hero of the Indian U19 cricket team’s success in the 2012 U19 Cricket World Cup as the captain of the team, couldn’t realise his true potential. He was touted as the next big thing in Indian cricket, but, luck was not by his side. The right-hand batsman struggled to perform in the IPL and in the domestic cricket as well.

In the end, he decided to retire from Indian cricket team and further pursue his career in USA. The 29-years-old great experience will be greatly handy for the American team and he could also be the team’s captain with his leadership ability. However, he is yet to make his debut for the USA team, but is one of the best player currently playing in the Minor League Cricket.
