Indian wicketkeeper batsman Sanju Samson has been the talk of the town after the batter snubbed off his starting XI place to bring in Deepak Hooda into the team.
Even after playing a key role in rebuilding India’s inning alongwith Shreyas Iyer in the 1st ODI, Samson has been dropped from the Playing XI for the 2nd ODI in Hamilton.
The Indian fans have been quite unhappy with the decision to drop the talented batsman just after giving him only one opportunity. Meanwhile, the match has been suspended for quite some time due to rain.
There was a big stoppage before the match resumed for a 29 overs a side inning. However, just a couple of overs later, the rain returned and stopped the play. Meanwhile, Sanju Samson was seen helping the ground staff. Seeing this, the Indian fans shared their sympathy for him, while some came to mock him.
