A run-fest of Test cricket match ended in Karachi for a draw. Batting first in the match, Pakistan scored 438 runs while New Zealand scored 612 runs in their 1st inning.
Pakistan team then scored 311 runs in their 2nd inning, but surprisingly Pakistan team captain Babar Azam declared the inning with just 15 overs left and New Zealand needing 138 runs to win.
New Zealand got off to a flying start as they scored 61 runs in 7.3 overs, however the match had to be ended early due to bad light and the match ended in a draw.
Meanwhile with this, Pakistan team remained winless at home in Test matches in the year 2022 and as such, Twitterati made fun out of it.
