An exciting Test match contest is going on between hosts Pakistan cricket team and England cricket team in the 1st match of the 3 match Test series in Rawalpindi.
Batting first in the match, England put on a brilliant attacking cricket in display and scored 657 runs with 4 players getting past the century mark. In response, Pakistan scored 579 runs before getting all-out, giving England a little less than hundred runs lead.
England once again played ruthless cricket in the 2nd inning and posted 264 runs on the board in just 36 overs, setting a target of 343 runs for Pakistan.
Meanwhile, while Joe Root antics from yesterday was a talking point when he decided to shine the ball using his teammate Jack Leach’s head. And on today, the former England suddenly started to bat as a left-hand batsman.
He played the Pakistani bowlers comfortably, even though it was just for a few moments only. Following that, Twitterati have shared opinion on Root’s antics.
