The Legends League Cricket (LLC) 2023 season has already begun where 3 teams are fighting it out for the Gold. Last night, India Maharajas took on the World Giants in the 2nd match of the tournament.
The 1st match of the Legends League Cricket 2023 season was played between India Maharajas and the Asia Lions which the latter won. The 2nd match of the tournament was played on the 11th of March between India Maharajas and World Giants.
Leading the India Maharajas team, former Indian opening batsman Gautam Gambhir is showing his class and that he retired too early. He scored back-to-back fifty in the tournament in 2 matches.
Gambhir scored 54 runs in 39 balls in the first match against Asia Lions and then he went on to score 68 runs in 42 balls vs World Giants. However, unfortunately him, India Maharajas lost both the matches by close margins. They lost the match against Asia Lions by 9 runs and then lost to World Giants by 2 runs.
