The 1st T20 World Cup 2022 semi-final is currently ongoing at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) between New Zealand and Pakistan where New Zealand have set Pakistan a target of 153 runs.
After winning the toss, Kane Williamson opted to bat first. However, New Zealand could only score 59 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in the first 10 overs.
However, from there, captain Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell led a comeback for the Kiwis. Kane scored 46 runs from 42 balls while Daryl Mitchell once again stepped-up for New Zealand like last year. Mitchell scored 53 runs from 35 balls with a strike rate of more than 150. Let us tell you that he played an important role in New Zealand’s semi-final match last year as well.
