Pakistan cricket team’s pace sensation Hasan Ali has shared his most memorable wicket of his career. The veteran bowler mentioned that a wicket of a particular South African batsman is his most memorable wicket.
Hasan Ali is Pakistan cricket team’s one of the most important pace bowler. He forms a great partnership with the left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi and leads Pakistan cricket team’s charge.
Hasan Ali has recently revealed one of his most memorable wicket of his career. Hasan recently played in the English County Championship and during his chat with his team’s media team on LancTV, Hasan Ali revealed that a particular wicket of a South African batsman is most memorable one.
He told to LancsTV that the wicket of former South Africa international player AB de Villiers’ wicket in the PSL is his most memorable one. He said when he was playing for the Peshawar Zalmi and De Villiers was playing for the Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) few years back, he dismissed the legendary batter with a peach of a delivery.
“My most memorable wicket is that of AB De Villiers when he was playing for Lahore Qalandars in [the] PSL. I was representing Peshawar Zalmi and I dismissed him, which was special,” said Hasan Ali.
Hasan Ali made his Pakistan debut in the year 2016 in an ODI match against Ireland. He also made his T20I debut a month later against Australia. He then made his Test debut in 2017 and has since then been playing regularly for the Pakistan team.
He has played more than 120 matches across format and has taken 230 wickets for the Men in Green. He is currently representing the Pakistan team in the Test series against Sri Lanka.
