The English captain had caught the catch in the air with only one hand while jumping to the right, due to which all the fans are praising her fitness and the video is becoming fiercely viral.

It can be seen in the video that Lea Tahuhu was batting on the striker’s end for the Kiwi team, and when she played a drive shot on the second ball of Sophie Ecclestone’s over, she could not keep the ball on the ground, seeing the opportunity, Heather Knight jumped in the air showing her on air skills and took a stunner with just one hand.
It is worth noting that Heather Knight played an important innings of 42 runs for her team while chasing 203 runs. During her innings, she faced 53 balls and hit four fours in it. Natalie Sciver scored the most runs for England as they crossed the line with just 1 wicket remaining.
