Virat Kohli is one doubt one of the best cricket player of all-time in the history of the game. Since having won the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup in the year 2008, Virat Kohli has today went on to become undoubtedly the best cricketer of this generation.

As for Babar Azam, he is right now, certainly the best cricketer playing for Pakistan cricket team. Babar has a number of years left in his career and has potential to reach the heights of Virat Kohli, however, he is still far away from that.
However, already at 28, Babar Azam has overtaken Virat Kohli in certain number of achievements. He is currently the Pakistan team captain and just like Kohli, he also dominates the ICC rankings.
But now, who is gonna be next big name in the world of cricket to join alongside Kohli and Babar. Well, former Pakistan cricket team’s player Rashid Latif believes that there is already one young player who can be the next Virat Kohli or Babar Azam.
Speaking on a YouTube channel, Latif stated that the England cricket team’s youngster Harry Brook has the potential to reach the level of Virat Kohli and Babar Azam. He praised Brook for his performance in the recent couple of matches, especially his performance in the Test series vs Pakistan in Pakistan.
He also talked about Brook bagging a huge contract in the IPL 2023 Auction as he joined Sunrisers Hyderabad. “Brook is now one of the best players in the world at the moment, among the current crop of players. He could be the next Babar Azam or Virat Kohli,” said Latif.
Harry Brook has so far played 4 Test matches and has scored 480 runs with an average of 80. He has also played 2 ODIs and 17 T20Is, in which he has scored 80 runs and 372 runs respectively.
