Pakistan cricket team’s performance in the currently ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 has been below average and the team is almost out of the race for the place in the semi-finals.
While the team lost their opening 2 matches against India and Zimbabwe, they registered their 1st win of the competition in their 3rd match against Netherlands. However, an even bigger worry for the team and it’s fan is that Pakistan Babar Azam has been out of touch.
Babar Azam has not even scored more than 5 runs in a single match in all 3 of the matches and it has led to a lot of controversies as what Babar should do and what he shouldn’t.
Meanwhile, former India opening batsman Gautam Gambhir has made a suggestion for Babar and Pakistan team. Gambhir told the media that for the sake of good performance, it is now time for Babar Azam to shift to either at 3 or 4 in the batting order and promote Fakhar Zaman, who is a more aggresive opening batter.
However, Gambhir has been taken in 2 different thinking from the Pakistani fans. While some agree with his decision, some made fun of Gambhir for suggesting so.
