Watch: RCB fans make fun of Gautam Gambhir with "Kohli, Kohli" chants after LSG vs CSK Game in Lucknow

On Monday, the IPL game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants at the Ekana Stadium had a heated altercation between two Indian cricket icons. It was former Indian captain Virat Kohli and former opener Gautam Gambhir who were involved in heated exchanges.

Both players were seen having a go at each other. As a result, the BCCI fined both of them 100 percent of their match fees. Since then, a number of former cricketers and cricket pundits have opined on the heated exchange between the two.

Notably, this was not the first time that these two had had such an incident between them. Earlier, in 2013, both cricketers had the same kind of ugly argument on the field. Furthermore, when Lucknow beat RCB earlier this season, Gambhir shushed the RCB crowd in the stadium, which triggered Kohli.

That was one of the reasons; he also reacted in that way after winning the game in Lucknow on Monday. However, after the game between Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings on Wednesday, some fans teased Gambhir by chanting “Kohli, Kohli” at the Ekana Stadium when the southpaw was heading back to the dressing room.

Some fans were spotted chanting “Kohli, Kohli” in support of the former RCB skipper after what happened on Monday between him and Gautam Gambhir. The LSG mentor was certainly looking unhappy with it, as can be seen in his facial reactions in a video shared on the social media platform.

The game between LSG and CSK on Wednesday ended without a result as the rain played spoilsport. After winning the toss, CSK chose to bowl and did a brilliant job. LSG lost five wickets for just 44 runs in 9.4 overs. Ayush Badoni played a brilliant knock of 59 not out from 33 balls when the rain stopped the game. LSG were at 125/7 in 19.2 overs. In the end, both teams shared a point each.
