“23rd April not a good day for RCB” – Twitter reacts as RCB inning falls down like cards vs SRH

23rd of April is a day that Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) would like to forget as the team have suffered major collapse on the day twice in the last couple of years when they played on the 23rd of April.

Match number 36 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 is being played between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium.

It was Kane Williamson who won the toss and opted to bowl first, which was proven quite so right by the Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers, dismissing the first three batsmen of Bangalore in just the 2nd overs.

However, the collapse did not stop there, it further continued and as of writing this article, from 13 overs, Royal Challengers Bangalore have scored 56 runs and have lost 8 wickets.

The incident brought back the memories of 2017 for the Twitterati, because on this very same day, the 23rd of April 2017, Royal Challengers Bangalore was dismantled by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for a total of 49 runs while chasing the target of 132 runs. Check-out how Twitter reacted.
