Indian cricket team’s star batter Virat Kohli fell pray to another wrong call from the umpire as the Indian batter had to depart on the 44 runs in the 2nd Test match of the series vs Australia.
Batting first, the Australian cricket team scored 263 runs in the 1st inning of the match. Chasing Australia’s first inning total, the Indian team is in huge trouble.
As of writing this, Team India have lost 7 wickets for 151 runs. Virat Kohli, who was looking good playing at his home ground, was dismissed LBW for 44 runs from 84 balls.
Kohli decided to review it. It was clearly seen in DRS review that the ball first hit Kohli’s bat and then pad, though both the contacts were right at the same time, the 3rd umpire gave it a umpires call, which was out.
After this dismal decision from the umpire, the Kohli fans on Twitter couldn’t hold back.
That wasn't out to me. Too much doubt in there. #INDvAUS #ViratKohli pic.twitter.com/wrYGg1e1nT

Virat Kohli was clearly unhappy watching his wicket's replay in the dressing room. pic.twitter.com/ly4kWbwawY

He was well set for a 50 and a possible 100 as well . This happened last year against NZ . So unlucky Kohli has been . He was playing so well . Poor umpiring has resulted in him not getting few 50+ scores

Nitin Menon is officially the worst umpire in world cricket. It was not at all Virat Kohli's fault today. pic.twitter.com/hWPgwwUU6N

Poor decisions by Nitin Menon always when it is Virat Kohli. How can umpire be so sure that it hit the pad first ..??? pic.twitter.com/WY7MF9rFd6
