The Indian cricket team suffered a huge defeat in the hands of England team in the 2nd semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2022 as the Three Lions won the match by 10 wickets while chasing a target of 169 runs in just 16 overs.
Batting first in the match after losing the toss, the Indian team scored 168 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. After scoring only 100 runs in 15 overs, Hardik Pandya and Virat Kohli took the team to better place.
However, the Indian bowlers were out of touch today and England batters started attacking from the powerplay itself and easily chased down the target without losing any wickets in 16 overs.
Meanwhile after India’s Indian players were captured crying that included the likes of Virat Kohli Rohit Sharma. While fans were not happy with the team’s performance, they still showed some sympathy for the Indian icons.
