The whole Indian cricket team’s fan forum are not happy with the Indian cricket team’s opening batsman KL Rahul’s performance for the Indian team recently in the last couple of months.
Rahul’s struggles have continued in the ongoing Test series vs Australia as well. He has failed to score big runs that has put pressure on the batters to come after him as well as his opening partner Rohit Sharma.
There have been backlash on social media where the fans have been demanding that the player is dropped from the team.
Meanwhile former Indian cricketer Venkatesh Prasad has been all over the Indian batter, sharing his records and stats of his struggle and asking that KL Rahul be sacked from the team.
Venkatesh Prasad was in the running for the Indian cricket team chief selector position but Chetan Sharma was re-elected in his position. The fans are very much agreeing with the former Indian cricketer asking him to be the next Indian team selector.
There is a view that KL Rahul has an outstanding overseas Test record. But stats speak otherwise. He has a test avg of 30 overseas in 56 innings.
