Surya is being the saviour for Mumbai Indians once again as the class batsman once again displayed his class and consistency, rescuing the drowning ship of the Mumbai Indians against RCB in the IPL 2022.
It was a inning of ups and down as Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians got off to a great start against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), adding 50 runs for the first wicket before Rohit Sharma was dismissed.
But, from being 1 wicket down for 50 runs in about 7 overs, they were soon reduced to 5 wickets for 62 runs and then 6 wickets for 79 runs.
But, Suryakumar Yadav kept the hopes of Mumbai Indians alive in the competition. Multiple times has Suryakumar played an important inning, rescuing Mumbai, take the last match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) as an example.
He once again stepped up in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) after Mumbai were reduced to 6 wickets for 79 runs.
Suryakumar started the inning, like always, a little slow, but once the game got deeper, he took it to the bowlers and started smashing them as the Mumbai batsman played a great inning of 68 runs from 37 balls, including 5 Fours and 6 Sixes.
Thanks to his great inning, Mumbai managed to post 151 runs on the board, a total that they can fight to defend.
But, Suryakumar Yadav once again showcased his classy and consistent batting, rescuing Mumbai Indians once again. Twitter was in full of praise for the Mumbai batsman and his contribution for the team.
