Big news coming in from Indore from the Indian cricket team’s side during the toss for the 3rd Test match of the 4 match series against Australia. India captain Rohit Sharma has confirmed that young opening batsman Shubman Gill is in the Playing XI for the match in place of our of form KL Rahul.
The Indian cricket have retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after winning the first 2 matches of the series against Australia in Nagpur and in Delhi.
The Indian team have been solid throughout the series so far, both with the bat and the ball. But the same can’t be said for KL Rahul, who only managed to score past 20 runs only once in the 3 innings he played in the series.
