“That’s why CSK never used his bowling skill” – Twitter reacts as Shane Watson said that IPL 2016 Final was his worst game ever

Former Australia all-rounder who played for teams like Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, has revealed that the IPL 2016 final while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is his worst nightmare.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is one of the 8 founding members of the Indian Premier League (IPL), however, even after so many of existence, they failed to win the IPL Trophy. They have come close to it and the closest they have been was in the year 2016.

In the IPL 2016, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) reached the final of the IPL and had to face off a strong David Warner led Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final.

Batting first, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) scored 208 runs with skipper Warner leading the line. Meanwhile, RCB’s all-rounder Shane Watson was taken for tour all around the ground by the SRH batters as the Aussie concedes a massive 61 runs in 4 overs.

Meanwhile chasing the target, both Gayle and Kohli gave RCB a flying start, scoring 114 runs in 10 overs. But from there, a flurry of wickets derailed RCB and in the end they lost the match by 8 runs.

Meanwhile, Watson has claimed that his performance in the match is still the worst nightmare for him. Even RCB fans said that if is the worst nightmare for them as well losing from a winning position, while some even mocked Watson for his performance in that match.
