Shaheen Afridi led Lahore Qalandars have kept their winning run going in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2023 season with a big over the Islamabad United side in their match yesterday.
Lahore Qalandars recorded a massive win by 110 runs against Islamabad United in the match number 16 of the Pakistan Super League.
In the match number 15 of the PSL 2023, Lahore scored 241 runs vs Peshawar Zalmi and won the match by 41 runs. They once again scored double hundred in this match.
Both the openers gave a great start with Mirza Baig scoring 20 runs while Fakhar Zaman scored 36 runs. Abdullah Shafique continued his exploits from last match as he scored 45 runs. Sam Billings also contributed with 33 runs while Sikandar Raza scored 23 runs as Lahore posted 200 runs on the board.
Namibian all-rounder David Wiese led the charge with the ball for the Qalandars. He took 3 wickets of Colin Munro, Shadab Khan and Azam and gave away just 17 runs in 3 overs to win the match for the side.
