After a number of comments about the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCC), the Indian cricket team and the Indian Premier League (IPL) during his tenure as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja is back to praising about Indian cricket again.
Ramiz Raja was involved in a number of controversy as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Notably the controversy about India deciding not to play the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 in Pakistan is a standout one.
After BCCI’s decision, Ramiz Raja claimed many thing, one of them that they don’t need India to organise the Asia Cup and then also making claim that if India doesn’t play the Asia Cup 2023 in Pakistan, Pakistan also won’t play the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 in India.
But later in 2023, Ramiz Raja was fired from his position as the PCB chairman with Najam Sethi named the new chairman. After that, Ramiz Raja is now back to his YouTube channel and he has once again started praising Indian cricket team and the IPL.
Recently he again opened his mouth and said that there it is almost impossible to beat India in India. Fans are claiming that he is saying so to impress the BCCI and get a commentary job in IPL.
Ramiz Raja said, “it’s almost impossible to beat India at home”.
