A 41-years-old Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni) has hit the ground running ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season that is likely to begin from March end or April start.
Chennai Super Kings, the MS Dhoni led side had a terrible season in 2022 despite winning the league in the year 2021 beating the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the final.
Dhoni had signalled his intentions to quit the competition when he handed the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja before the season, who failed miserably and Dhoni was reinstated as captain again.
But, it is now likely that MS Dhoni might be playing his IPL season in 2023. And as he has hit the training ground, his fans very much fear that this is Dhoni’s last year in the IPL and might retire after that.
