After being asked to bat first, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) got off to a flying start as the opening duo of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway both scored 73 runs.

While Gaikwad departed after scoring 35 runs, Conway scored 56 runs. But the real acceleration came from the all-rounder Shivam Dube, who has been in prolific form this season in the IPL.
