Team India lost 5 wickets going into the Tea break. However, the particular wicket of Shreyas Iyer was a topic of debate among the fans.

Iyer was dismissed for 15 runs by James Anderson, who bowled a perfect bouncer to Iyer to dismiss him. However, after that, a footage caught Joe Root showing thumbs up to England head coach Brendon McCullum. After that, there has been much debate on social media.

For those who don’t know or didn’t understand the whole scenario, McCullum worked as the Head Coach of the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the IPL 2022 and Shreyas Iyer was the captain of the team. Thus, it is no doubt that McCullum knows what is Iyer’s weakness, and that’s what was targeted while he was at the crease.

After the whole incident, there was huge debate on social media involving that.
