As of writing this, a total of 13 matches of the Pakistan Super League 2023 season has been played and it is the Multan Sultans currently at the top of the points table having won 4 of their 5 matches. Islamabad United is currently 2nd with 3 wins in 4 matches. All the 6 teams have won atleast 1 match each.
