The match number 6th of the Asia Cup 2022 edition is currently going on in Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Sharjah between Pakistan and Hong Kong with the winning teams stands a chance to make it to the Super Four round.
After losing the 1st match of the Asia Cup 2022 against India, Pakistan now really needs to win against Hong Kong or they will be eliminated from the Asia Cup.
It was the Hong Kong skipper Nizakat Khan who won the toss and opted to bowl. Hong Kong’s Ehsan Khan managed to get rid of Babar Azam in just the third over the match.
Pakistan were struggling to score runs and then Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman played important role. While Rizwan scored 78 runs, it was Fakhar Zaman who actually played the more agressive role.
In his inning of 53 runs included 3 fours and 2 sixes, of which, the 2nd one he sent out of the stadium to complete his fifty. Watch the video below.
