The 2nd match of the inaugural Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 season is currently going on between the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) in Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium.
After winning the toss, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Smriti Mandhana opted to bowl first. However, it was a carnage from the Delhi openers Shafali Verma and captain Meg Lanning with the former scoring 84 runs and the latter scored 72 runs.
Later on after the duo were dismissed, Marizanne Kepp and Jemimah Rodrigues gave it the finishing touch with Kepp scoring 39 runs and Rodrigues scored 22 to take Delhi Capitals total to 223 runs. Checkout how Twitterati reacted to the same.
